Summary: Zeljko Budimir was sentenced to two years in prison for beating up a civilian and stealing his money in the village of Rejzovici in the Kljuc municipality in November 1992. Budimir, who according to the verdict was not a member of any armed group at the time, went to the victim’s house with two Bosnian Serb Army soldiers on the evening of November 21 1992. The two soldiers have also been convicted of the crime in a Bosnian court.
