Summary: Simo Stupar, a reservist policeman at the Public Security Station in Vlasenica, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for committing crimes against humanity in 1992 in Vlasenica. Stupar was found guilty of involvement in a large-scale and systematic attack on the Bosniak population in the Vlasenica area between April 1992 and the end of September that year by participating in the murder and abuse of civilians and enforced disappearances.
