Summary: Sasa Lipovac, former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, was sentenced to ten years in prison for war crimes against civilians committed in the Gradiska area in northern Bosnia. He was found guilty of participating, together with five other members of the Bosnian Serb Army, in inhumane treatment, rape, causing grave bodily harm, applying intimidation measures and killings of five Bosniak civilians in August 1993.
