Summary: Nikola Maric, a former member of the Croatian Defence Council, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for crimes against humanity in the Prozor municipality in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the verdict, he was guilty of murder, imprisonment, enforced disappearance, torture and other inhumane acts against Bosniak civilians in Prozor from November 1992 to September 1993.
