Summary: Nihad Bojadzic, the former deputy commander of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Zulfikar Squad, was sentenced to ten years in prison for crimes against Croat civilians and prisoners in Jablanica. According to the judgment, Bojadzic and another soldier raped a woman in Jablanica in 1993. Bojadzic was also found guilty of the inhumane treatment, mistreatment and abuse of Croatian Defence Council prisoners of war.
