Summary: Nedzad Hodzic, Mensur Memic and Nihad Bojadzic, former members of the Army of Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina , were sentenced to 12, ten and 15 years in prison respectively for committing war crimes in Trusina in the Konjic area. According to the verdict, Hodzic was guilty of ordering an attack on Trusina on April 16, 1993, during which 15 civilians and one prisoner of war were killed and four civilians were severely wounded. He was also found guilty of ordering the killings of six prisoners of war, members of the Croatian Defence Council. Memic and Bojadzic took part in these latter killings. Salcin and Hakalovic were acquitted.
