Summary: Ivica Rajic, a former commander of Croatian Defence Council units of based in Kiseljak, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for commanding an attack on the central Bosnian village of Stupni Do near Varesin October 1993, which resulted in the murder of at least 37 Bosniak men, women, elderly people and children, as well as the destruction of the village.
