Summary: Ivan Zelenika, Ivan Medic, Edib Buljubasic and Marina Grubisic-Fejzic, former members of the Croatian Defence Forces, were sentenced to six, seven, five and six years in prison respectively for committing crimes against humanity committed in Mostar and Dretelj in the Capljina municipality. According to the verdict, they were guilty of murder, rape, coercing people into having sexual intercourse and other inhumane acts against Serb civilian detainees from Capljina, Mostar and Stolac at the Bruno Busic detention camp in Dretelj and the Military Hospital in Mostar in July and August 1992. Srecko Herceg, also a former member of the Croatian Defence Forces, was acquitted of the charges.
