Summary: Dragan Maksimovic, former member of Reconnaissance Unit in First Bircan Brigade of the Bosnian Serb Army, more known as ‘Sekovac Guard’ which operated in the Caparde and Sekovic area, participated in killing of five civilians – two women and three children – in their house in Caparde, on June 16, 1992. Maksimovic pleaded guilty and he was sentenced to six years and two months in prison.
