Summary: Damir Lipovac, a former member of the Croatian Defence Council, was sentenced to seven years in prison for committing war crimes in the Derventa area in northern Bosnia. According to the verdict, he was guilty of the killings, beatings, looting and torture of Serb civilian detainees as the commander of a detention camp in the village of Poljari in Derventa in June 1992.
