Summary: Ekrem Ibracevic, a former member of the Territorial Defence force of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was sentenced to three years in prison for committing war crimes in Srebrenik in northern Bosnia. The court found him guilty, as chief of military security of the municipal staff of the Srebrenik Territorial Defence force, of the inhumane treatment of Serb civilian detainees at the Rapatnica and Luke detention facilities in Srebrenik in July 1992. Faruk Smajlovic and Sejdalija Covic, also former members of the Territorial Defence force of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were acquitted of the charges.
