Summary: Dragan Balaban, Stojan Kenjalo and Zoran Kenjalo, all former Bosnian Serb Army soldiers, were sentenced to seven years, seven years and five years in prison respectively for crimes against humanity in Bosanski Novi in western Bosnia and Herzegovina. According to the verdict, they were guilty of the murder, torture and forcible transfer of Bosniak civilians from the hamlets of Ekici and Alici in the Bosanski Novi municipality in June 1992.
