Summary: Stjepan Petresev, a former member of a Serb Territorial Defence force, was sentenced to one year in prison for war crimes against civilians. He was convicted of beating one civilian and threatening a family in the village of Batina in September and December 1991. Stipan Senerdji’s offence was reclassified as a criminal act of armed rebellion and the charges were dropped as part of a general amnesty for people accused of this crime.
