Summary: Milan Dragisic, a former Bosnian Serb Army soldier, was sentenced to five years in prison for killing one Bosniak civilian and trying to kill two others in the settlement of Gaj in Bosanski Petrovac on September 20, 1992. The verdict said that after his brother’s dead body was brought home, Dragisici, with “significantly reduced sanity”, shot and killed his nearest neighbour, then tried to kill the neighbour’s son and another civilian in the street.
