Summary: Peric, Vlajkovic, Dimitrijevic, Stojanovic and Kosijer were all wartime members of the police, Serb Territorial Defence forces, the Yugoslav People’s Army and the Dusan Silni (Dusan the Great) paramilitary unit. They were accused of involvement in war crimes against civilians in Lovas in Croatia in October 1991. The court convicted Sasa Stojanovic to 6 years, Darko Peric and Radovan Vlajkovic to 4 years, and Radisav Josipovic, Jovan Dimitrijevic and Zoran Kosijer to 3 years.
