Summary: Tomica Poletto and Zeljko Tutic, both former members of the Croatian military police,were sentenced to 15 and 12 years in prison respectively for committing war crimes in Marino Selo in the western Slavonia region. They were found guilty of killing 18 civilians and physically abusing and torturing six others in Marino Selo between November 1991 and February 1992. Damir Kufner, Davor Simic, Pavao Vancas and Antun Ivezic were acquitted.
