Summary: Boris Breberina, former member of the armed forces of the self-proclaimed Republic of Serbian Krajina rebel statelet in Croatia, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for war crimes against civilians. He was convicted of ordering and allowing shelling, arson and the theft of civilians’ property, as well as threatening civilians in the villages of Gornje Mekusje and Kamensko and nearby settlements between December 1991 and August 1995.
